• While checking in, you need to define the day of departure. In case of an early departure you will be charged for one more night per accommodation unit. In case of an involuntary departure caused by illness or mayor force, you will not be charged for the rest of the booked stay.
• You guarantee your stay with a deposit of 50% of the amount of the full stay (Tax included) per reservation. The deposit must be paid within 7 (work) days upon receipt of the confirmation and the payment slip must include the booking confirmation number.

Payment upon arrival is possible:
1. by cash in EUR.
2. by credit card or Maestro card based on the current exchange rate.
Check in at the reception for the glamping tents is from 14:00 hours (till 23:00h)
Check out at the reception for the glamping tents is till 10:00, for the campsite till 12:00h (noon)
*Please announce the reservation centre in case of a late arrival or we will not be able to guarantee for the booked stay.

• Free of charge cancellation for tent and camper pitches up to 14 days prior to arrival. The payed deposit will be returned fully within the following 7 (work) days
• Free of charge cancellation for Glamping tents up to 30 days prior to arrival.
• In case of a non-arrival without prior cancellation or a cancellation after the deadline, the deposit will not be refunded.
